5/2/2007 Garfield and Anonymous MouseI spotted a tiny mouse running across the stove late one night when I was washing things in the kitchen. I screamed and was scared.
Later, I told Yan about the story, retrospecting the fact that a dead tiny mouse was found when the cats were around, saying that I missed Bella even more now for this particular reason. Yan laughed and said, "I bet it's Toby who caught the mouse. Bella is so lazy, she must be like Garfield who befriends mice."
By coincidence, Garfield comic did have a series of strips about Garfield and his mouse friend a few days ago. Comics always decorate reality with a tint of rosy color. Probably in real life, we should as well laugh it off towards something we can't change with our sense of humor, shouldn't we?
